Short, because we collect almost nothing.
What this site collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels, and it does not store form submissions. The inquiry form on the contact page composes an email in your own email application — the message travels from you to us as ordinary email, and nothing is retained by the website itself.
What we keep
When you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. We use it only to respond to you and to conduct the business you asked us about.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@diasporafoods.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
