Diaspora Foods is a Canadian importer and distributor based in Toronto. We bring food and beverage products from Africa, Europe, and Asia into mainstream Canadian retail — brands with real followings in their home markets, prepared properly for the Canadian shelf.

Canada’s communities have always known these products. What has been missing is the bridge: an importer that treats a beloved brand from Lagos, Accra, London, or Mumbai with the same retail discipline as any national CPG line — compliant documentation, bilingual labelling, dependable fill rates, and honest category math for the buyer.

Line sheet and samples first. You see the products, case packs, and wholesale pricing before any commitment. Samples ship on request.

Category fit, not category flooding. We recommend the SKUs that match your trade area and planogram — a tight set that earns its facings, not a pallet of maybes.

One accountable partner. Importation, compliance, warehousing, delivery, and replenishment run through us. If something is wrong, one phone call reaches the company responsible.
